Media Release & Consent Policy

By submitting the booking form, you (the "Participant") agree to the following terms regarding the collection and use of media by Pilipino Workers Center (the "Organization").

1. Consent to Capture

You grant the Organization the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and/or record your voice and likeness during the course of the booked activity or event. This includes any digital or physical media captured by our staff or authorized contractors.

2. Usage Rights

You authorize the Organization to use, publish, and distribute the resulting images, video, and audio (the "Media") for any lawful purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Marketing & Promotion: Social media posts, website content, and digital advertisements.

• Publications: Newsletters, brochures, and internal reports.

• Commercial Use: Inclusion in products, training materials, or broadcast media.

3. Ownership & Editing

All Media captured is the sole property of the Organization. You acknowledge that the Organization has the right to edit, composite, or modify the Media (such as cropping or color correction) at their sole discretion. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished version of the Media before it is published.

4. No Compensation

You agree that you will receive no royalty, fee, or other financial compensation for the use of the Media, regardless of whether the Organization uses it for profit-making or non-profit purposes.

5. Release of Liability

You release and discharge the Organization, its employees, and its representatives from any and all claims or demands arising out of the use of the Media, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or infringement of moral rights.

6. Minors

If you are booking on behalf of a minor (under the age of 18), your agreement to these terms constitutes your legal consent as their parent or legal guardian for the minor to be photographed and recorded under these same conditions.
